ManpowerGroup Purchasing Administrator in Madison, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Administrator to join their team. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be an essential part of the procurement department supporting vendor relations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Madison
Pay Range: $25+/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Monitor order statuses and resolve any supplier issues promptly
Coordinate returns, replacements, and credits with vendors
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
What's Needed?
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience with MS Business Central
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain (preferred)
