COUNTRYSIDE APARTMENTS Property Maintenance Technician in MADISON, Wisconsin

Job Summary The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of duties for our furnished apartment complex while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include general labor work, gathering equipment/supplies, lifting and moving of furniture, ensuring that all facilities are in a safe condition, and handling all maintenance requests in a timely, efficient matter. In addition, this position will also include daily duties such as painting, improvement projects, routine seasonal maintenance and other duties assigned by management. Responsibilities and Duties Fulfilling daily building maintenance requests in a timely fashion Delivering friendly customer service while completing tasks Basic plumbing repairs such as addressing clogged toilets & drains, leaking faucets, etc. Painting residential apartments and individual rooms General grounds-keeping including minor custodial work, picking up trash, pulling weeds and maintaining curb appeal and common areas The ability to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions Review all apartments prior to move-in and and hold them to a standard set by management Routine safety inspections Drywall repair and other simple carpentry duties 9 am - 5 pm weekday hours with rotating night and weekend on-call responsibilities Qualifications and Skills Positive Attitude, Hard Worker, Friendly Strong customer service and teamwork skills Works well independently and on a team Ability to lift 50 lbs Driver\'s License Benefits Vacation and sick pay eligible after 3 months Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: info@countrysidemadison.com
