Overview Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Continuous Improvement (CI) to our team. The Lead, Continuous Improvement (CI) is a key driver of process excellence across the organization. This role manages strategic initiatives using proven methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a project leader, mentor, and coach, the CI Lead will foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams at all levels to achieve operational excellence. Is this you? Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC. Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives. Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
