Job Title: Field Service Supervisor
Job Description
As a Field Service Supervisor, you will direct assigned crews and perform on-site installation and repair of product lines on both domestic and international projects. You will effectively communicate installation status to the Installation Coordinator and act as a liaison with customers and the Project Management Team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct activities of field crews on assigned projects.
Perform on-site installation and repair using installation checklists.
Alert management of any unusual project obstacles or issues.
Order parts through Field Coordinators and the shop area as needed.
Complete renovation work on competitor’s equipment as assigned.
Commission equipment at job sites when required.
Fill out tool kits in-house between project assignments.
Complete Project Completion Reports noting successes and areas for improvement.
Conduct weekly site safety meetings with field crews.
Oversee complex welding procedures during installations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in welding, particularly TIG welding.
Experience with installation, mechanical, and electrical service.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Join a team of six active Field Service Techs. Enjoy seeing the world with travel opportunities both domestically and internationally. Travel arrangements are self-managed through internal systems, with the option to use a company American Express card. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $82000.00/yr.
