Job Title: Electrical Test Technician

Job Description

The role involves handling the testing of electrical components of medical devices to support manufacturing processes. The position requires collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to design, build, and operate test fixtures. Additionally, the role includes reading and interpreting diagrams to determine wiring layouts and using NI tools to test hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Test electrical components of medical devices to support manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to design, build, and operate test fixtures.

  • Read and interpret diagrams to determine wiring layouts.

  • Use NI tools to test hardware.

Essential Skills

  • Soldering

  • Electrical testing

  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical

  • LabVIEW proficiency

  • Understanding of FDA compliance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in electronics

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field

  • Experience in a regulated industry

Work Environment

The position is onsite, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, five days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
