The responsibilities of the incumbent will include gathering requirements, developing code, retrieving data from Epic\'s reporting databases, transforming data, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a professional, enthusiastic attitude. This role is contingent upon external grant funding and is expected to last for two years. We are currently seeking to fill two open positions: one with a primary focus on Radiological image analysis and the other centered on data science. Each role offers unique opportunities to contribute to innovative research and development within our team. It is anticipated that this position will be remote and requires work be performed at an offsite, non-campus work location. Terminal, 24 month position. This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding. Key Job Responsibilities: Implements data analysis steps in collaboration with data scientists, statisticians, and/or other researchers and may use technologies that support data at scale Selects appropriate technologies and optimizes pipelines for performance Serves as an institutional subject matter expert and liaison to key internal and external stakeholders regarding automated data management and analysis at scale for research and represents the interests of large-scale data management and analysis for research Organizes both data preparation and analysis steps into reproducible pipelines that can process similar data sets automatically Prepares data sets for current and future analysis including cleaning/quality assurance, transformations, restructuring, and integration of multiple data sources and may...
