Description We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Manage order entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding product information, services, or policies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of customer requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.

• Assist with outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries.

• Handle complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when required.

• Uphold the organization’s values by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

• Stay informed about company policies and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

• Comfortable using computer systems and software to track and manage customer interactions.
