Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Assist customers with order entry and ensure accurate processing of requests.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues.

• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Uphold the organization's commitment to service excellence in every interaction.

• Troubleshoot and address customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures to better assist customers. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Ability to accurately process orders and maintain detailed records.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
