Job Description REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT: Global Service & Clinical Training Manager / Global Service Support ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Contribute to data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes to ensure data accuracy and quality. Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand the information needs of different departments. Learn and utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to present data in meaningful ways. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different business units.
