Associate Project Manager – Bioanalytical
Work Schedule – Monday – Friday (Day Shift) / Madison, Wisconsin
Labcorp is seeking a Associate Project Manager to join our team at our Madison location in Madison, WI !
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients
Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations
Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients
Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting
Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project-related issues
Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with 3 or more years experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
1 year or more working with internal or external clients
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year or more Client-facing experience
1 year or more experience within a laboratory environment
Project Management Certification

We are seeking a Bioanalytical Project Manager to join our team in Madison. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for both internal and external clients, ensuring seamless delivery of bioanalytical projects from initiation through completion. You will manage communication, timelines, milestones, and financial components while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments.
