Overview Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Administrator II, Applications Systems to join our team! The Administrator II, Applications Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services to simplify people\'s lives. This role is responsible for application administration including server maintenance, application upgrades, application support and requests, disaster recovery planning, and providing any other support within the vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role is recognized as the go-to person when technical support is required. This position will work directly with application developers, business users, internal IT, and third-party vendors to improve performance, ensure high availability of the system, and administer the overall health of the environment. This role will participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the systems are running optimally and maintenance is consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
