The ASOG Operations Manager is responsible for leading the division in coordination with the Division Director, monitoring and maintaining operational processes and fostering the delivery of superior customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for standardizing clinical care across the various clinic locations, coordinating clinical care and patient education with the division\'s nurse council, collating and reporting monthly benchmarking metrics. The successful applicant is held accountable for meeting local and organizational goals that strive for optimal work processes and the highest quality of patient care. The ASOG Operations Manager collaborates with physicians on issues related to the management of patient care and interacts with clinic managers regularly to promote consistency, high quality and effective care.
