Working with other colleagues in the department, this position will be responsible for creation and maintenance of our schedule of courses (Timetable), related data management, logistical space management, and significant strategic planning. With the consistent goal of improvement while working with the student services team, the department chair, associate chair, and department administrator, this role will play a key part in the next phase of our student services processes. The Department of Sociology is ranked among the top Sociology departments in the world, and we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our department.Key Job Responsibilities: May supervise the day to day activities of one or more academic programs and resolves issues exercising discretion to meet unit goals. Utilizes independent judgement regarding development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation for one or more academic programs, initiatives, or events Identifies program needs, contributes to the development of unit workflows, schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, events, and interviews Coordinates program components and evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvementDepartment: College of Letters & Science \| SociologyCompensation: The expected salary range for this position is \$41,244 up to \$58,979 for highly experienced candidates.
