We are looking for candidates with a track record of clinical excellence and academic contributions as demonstrated through a previous practice or training. The successful candidate will have experience at a large volume kidney transplant program, with both deceased donor and living donor transplants, as well pancreas transplant experience. Applicants for this position will be considered for the following titles: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Visiting Associate Professor, or Visiting Professor, on the Clinical Health Science (CHS) track. This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years. Key Job Responsibilities: Research: Opportunity to maintain a research program (e.g., basic and translational, outcomes or health services research). Service and Teaching: Teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
