About this Position
What you´ll do
Own and continuously develop the global process engineering framework for Rubbers, Plastisols, Parts (RPP) & Surface Treatment & Cleaners (STC) technologies across the production network
Provide technical sign-off for global network projects to ensure optimal process design and compliance with standards
Drive the implementation of advanced and automated production processes aligned with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
Collaborate closely with Regional Operations, Process and Technology Innovation, and Global Capital Project Management on process solutions
Support new product introductions by ensuring process and technology readiness
Develop and deploy standardized process engineering best practices across all regions
Identify and implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
Build and manage global process engineering capabilities, including knowledge sharing and training initiatives
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
10+ years of relevant work experience in process engineering, technology development, or a comparable field
Proven experience leading global projects and working in cross-functional, international teams
Deep expertise in process engineering and RPP and STC technologies
Strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Fluent English skills
