•  Willing to train strong candidates who are interested in learning skills and obtain   knowledge in the fabricating process.

*                                                     Role and Responsibilities*

Position #1   

(Metal Fabricator Position)

• Operate hand-held or machine tools to smooth, polish, de burr, and shape metal workpieces to specifications and interpreting blueprints.
• Perform layout, shearing, form, fit and weld. Operate/run strippit punch press
• Perform finish work and assembly.
• Physical Stamina, attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy, check for defects and ensuring dimensions meet blueprint.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines      

     

Position #2    

(Utility General Laborer/Truck Driver Position)

•  Assisting in production, operating equipment, cleaning, organizing and ensuring   safety.                                                                                                                      
•  Ability to handle materials on the shop floor and for delivery.                               
•  Transport goods between supplier plants, warehouses, and final customers   loading and unloading trailers when needed.                                 
•  Knowledge of inventory or packing materials.                                                            
•  Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and adhering to appropriate regulations   as required.                                                                                                               

•  Valid driver's  license (non CDL for light duty) Chauf. License Required

lity to read and interpret documents, blueprints and work orders.                                 A

bility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.                                                           

Ability to operate fabrication equipment.                                                          

          Skills and Knowledge: 

• Reading blueprints, performing measurements and using hand/power tools. 
• Strict adherence to safety requirements.
• understanding the fabrication process, including cutting, shearing, grinding, clamping and cleaning machines. 
• Strong physical stamina for standing/lifting, manual dexterity, and problem-solving.
