Bard Manufacturing Spot Welder (1st Shift) in Madison, Georgia
Job Descriptions:
Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has openings for a Spot Welder at our Madison, GA location . This is a 1st shift 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday position. Candidate must be able to work all Overtime as required which may include Friday and Saturday.

Scope and Responsibilities:
The Spot Welder performs repetitive work at a work station, welding metal or mechanical components/parts of an HVAC unit.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate spot welding machines to join metal parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Inspect welded components to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Adjust machine settings based on material type and thickness
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment
Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
ability to read and understand drawings/blue prints
performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:
High school diploma or GED is required
Previous spot welding experience preferred.
Ability to read measuring tools and basic technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instruction ins English
Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
