Bard Manufacturing Brazer (2nd shift) in Madison, Georgia
Job Descriptions:
Bard Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of commercial Heating and Air Conditioning systems has an immediate opening for a Brazer in our Madison, Ga. Plant. This is a 2nd SHIFT - 10 hour, 4 day week schedule Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM which includes working overtime during busy season, Fridays and Saturday.
Summary:
Uses hand tools and small power tools and/or brazing equipment to assemble metal, electrical or mechanical HVAC products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brazes assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand at work station for up to 11 hours per day
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Prior brazing and assembly experience
Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions in English
Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
