About the Role
Responsiblefor the overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare partinventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
What You’ll Do
*Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
*Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
*Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves asliaison for system problems.
*Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object codingschemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
*Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, andresolving of work orders.
*Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements andprocess changes.
*Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
*Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
*Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and OperationsMaintenance team members.
*Ability to travel as needed.
*Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
What You’ll Need
*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without theneed for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
*High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
*Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditingoverall facilities/maintenance activities.
*Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard workprocesses.
*Effectivecommunication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
*Basicknowledge of financial terms and principles.
*Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook,Word, Excel, etc.).
*Abilityto solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situationssuch as; routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergencyresponses, coordination, and safety compliance.
*Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping,standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonableaccommodation.
PreferredQualifications
*Associatedegree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or relatedfield preferred.
*Previousexperience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred.

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
