ManpowerGroup Construction Project Manager in Madison, Alabama

Our client, a multinational technology consulting company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Madison, AL. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting large-scale data center development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Madison, AL (100% Client Onsite)

Pay Range: $85-95/hr.

Job Type: 7-month Contract with possibility for extension

Schedule: 40 hours/wk. plus possible OT

What's the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecomm Partners to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Drive innovative solutions to support business unit goals and KPIs, maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including contractors, trade partners, and suppliers.

  • Contribute to project planning by providing input into constructability and assisting in schedule creation and maintenance.

  • Escalate key issues promptly for coordination with campus construction management and facilities operations teams.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with large-scale projects ($100M+).

  • Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners effectively.

  • Field experience in commercial construction, especially in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar industries.

  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
