We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate new graduate or pending grad Registered Nurses to join our dynamic nursing team. As a new grad RN at Atrium Health Navicent, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and gain valuable experience in a variety of settings. Our comprehensive orientation program and ongoing mentorship will support your transition from the academic environment to professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic tests.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program, and in the process of passing the NCLEX with the intent to obtain an active Georgia Board of Nursing License.
