Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) who also holds a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and medication administration while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Schedule:Full-Time, 36 hours/week
1 twelve-hour night shift
3 eight-hour night shifts
Includes every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Support a calm, safe, and respectful overnight environment
Collaborate with nursing and care team members
Qualifications:
Active CRMA certification required
Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification
Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required
Basic computer skills
