Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Job Description
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating bending and press brake machines. You will pull your own prints, ensure parts match the prints, and maintain organization by keeping all parts together. This role involves both machine setup and operation, including changing tooling, using computer skills to upload jobs into the machine interface, performing first piece inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate bending machines.
Change tooling and manage machine interfaces.
Perform first piece inspections and troubleshoot as needed.
Conduct preventative maintenance on machines.
Read computerized blueprints and drawings.
Perform precision forming, bending, and folding.
Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
Bend a variety of metals including galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Essential Skills
Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements.
Experience with CNC control systems and press brake operation.
Capability to add and subtract for machine setup.
At least 1 year of experience as a Press Brake Operator or CNC Operator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift operation experience is preferred.
Ability to team lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to stand for the duration of the shift.

Work Environment
This position is for the 3rd shift, running from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for one to two weeks. The environment can be hot in the summer, but doors are open for ventilation. The workspace is clean and all necessary tools are provided. Safety is a top priority.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $23.00/hr.
