Position Purpose
The Project Manager III leads the end-to-end delivery of complex, multidimensional projects, owning the full project lifecycle from planning and development through execution, monitoring, and final delivery. This role is accountable for project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and overall team performance.
The Project Manager III defines and drives the project execution strategy, translating customer scope and requirements into clear project plans that align technical solutions, operational capabilities, and financial targets. The role ensures the right balance between standard and custom solutions to meet both client expectations and project constraints.
As a senior project leader, the Project Manager III drives strategic problem-solving and course correction throughout the project lifecycle. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts—leveraging their expertise or serving as one when needed—to deliver effective, practical solutions.
Overall, the Project Manager III ensures disciplined project leadership and successful project outcomes while balancing technical feasibility, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Leadership in the costestimatesanddeterminecontingencies.
Establishpricingandpaymentschedules.
Commercial,Contractual&Legal
UnderstandtheProject’scommercialtermsasoutlinedinthecontract,alongwith contractual & legal relationships formed between TAIT and the project client.
ActasaClientadvocatewithinTAITbyensuringthehighestlevelsofCustomerService and sustaining the boutique experience that our Clients have come to expect.
Maintain a uniqueconnectiontoourClients,theirteams,andtheirstakeholders
EnsureTAIT'sduties&responsibilitiesareproperly executed. Ensuretheclientexecutestheirdutiescorrectlyand,wherenecessary,ensureTAITs interests are protected.

Qualifications
10+ years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field. OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 8+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
Content Management System (e.g. Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes and principles
Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel to job sites up to 30%
Preferred Experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proven track record of managing profitable projects
