Otis Technology Machine Technician in Lyons Falls, New York

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all manufacturing equipment to ensure proper operation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: (Education and Training)

AS degree preferred; HS or GED required

Responsibilities:

Scheduling maintenance data entry via Cogs software

Maintaining and repairing all manufacturing machinery

Developing Solutions to Machine Problems

Maintain correct spare parts levels and consumable tooling for production

Ensure product is up to Otis quality standards

Apply lean concepts to all manufacturing departments

Work with machine operators maintenance technicians in a team like fashion to ensure preventative maintenance is done to all machines on shop floor

Making operators aware of autonomous maintenance requirements per OEM specs

Must be able to fluently operate machines
