Job Description:
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Prepare and cook foods using Isarn-Thai culinary knowledge, in depth knowledge of Thai culinary cooking, and understanding and executing restaurant's current recipes
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Help lead the kitchen of Isarn Soul Food Kitchen by using prior experience in Thai culinary cooking.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Oversee line cooks in preparing food to ensure the quality is up to standard
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Train line cooks in the Isarn-Thai culinary arts
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Plan, design and develop new and exciting recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as authenticity of dishes, seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Craft Thai inspired food and vegetable for plate decoration, and create decorative food displays
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Design new authentic Thai drinks/cocktails
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients

Wage: $50,690/year
Requirement: 2-3 years of combined experience in Thai and Japanese cuisine.
