Position Description Starting Salary: $180,000 - $210,000; depending on experience Location: Lynnwood, WA Classification: Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview: The Service Director oversees multibranch operations, financial performance, safety, and strategic growth across a large regional commercial mechanical services organization. This leader ensures operational excellence, manages subsidiary or branch level leaders, drives profitability, and aligns all service units including HVAC, plumbing, and related technical groups within corporate strategy. This role also requires deep operational leadership, P&L responsibility, and experience managing distributed service teams. Leadership & Multisite Oversight Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance management to operational leaders across multiple HVAC, plumbing, and service subsidiaries throughout our regional operations. Ensure alignment of local operations with company strategic goals, brand standards, and operational policies. Drive accountability through standardized KPIs, routine performance reviews, and regular field visits. 2. Operational Excellence Oversee operational execution, service delivery efficiency, scheduling, dispatch, and resource utilization across service lines. Drive a culture of innovation. Oversee the development and implementation of standardized "franchised" processes to strengthen excellence in sales, operations, and field services. Optimize fleet management, dispatching systems, safety compliance, and operational workflows to enhance productivity.
