Position Description Starting Salary: $145,000 - $165,000; depending on experience Location: Lynnwood, WA + Potential travel Classification: Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex mechanical construction projects from initial concept through final completion. This role oversees strategic planning, client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in business development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of mechanical construction projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new project opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Develop conceptual estimates and support early-stage project planning. Oversee project budgets during both preconstruction and construction phases, ensuring accuracy and alignment with scope. Facilitate smooth transitions from preconstruction to field execution. Review third-party designs for feasibility and provide technical recommendations. Work with design teams and clients to align scope, performance goals, and budgets. Approve project estimates and budgets developed by team members. Lead change order negotiations and manage related documentation. Monitor project progress, including labor hours, material costs, and forecast updates.
