Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role requires strong assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following military and industry standards. You will use drawings, instructions, and visual aids to complete precision assembly work and support collaboration across the production process.
Responsibilities
Perform electronic assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components and assemblies.
Test completed assemblies and operate equipment as needed.
Follow all required safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials.
Support training of new team members.
Prioritize daily tasks according to the production schedule.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues.
Create work orders, NCRs, and First Article Inspections when required.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and participate in team improvement activities.
Verify completed work against drawings for accuracy.
Cross-train on multiple products and complete required job training.
Work overtime when necessary and participate in audits.
Perform inventory tasks and repair/rework returned or defective assemblies.
Essential Skills
Some assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
IPC J-STD fine soldering certification or equivalent documented soldering experience.
Additional Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret production prints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Accurate color vision, near vision, and depth perception.
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills.

Work Environment
This position is within a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment, which includes clean room areas. Employees must follow all safety procedures and dress code requirements. Work hours follow the assigned shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53269.00 - $60756.00/yr.
