*Job Description: *Business Intelligence Analyst -- Financial Planning & Analysis will develop and apply mathematical and statistical theory and methods to find innovative ways to increase sales, reduce expenses and drive business decisions. Use statistical, analytical and technical skills to assist the Finance Team with key financial processes such as budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Leverage advanced technical and business expertise to collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data, delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive organizational performance. Provide cross-functional financial analysis and collaborate with various teams to drive cost optimization and improve outcomes across the organization. Create, optimize, and maintain data models, queries, dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools and SQL to ensure effective data visualization and analysis. Build and maintain reports specifically required for high-level business decision meetings. Report results of statistical analysis, metrics and overall business performance visualized through PowerBI using charts, graphs, and other methods to clearly communicate to management and peers. Verify and integrate software applications to ensure data alignment with data warehouse. Collaborate with Information Technology team to drive continuous enhancements of data warehouse, ensuring high availability, scalability, accuracy and reporting. Report analytical findings and drive data transformation initiatives. Position may allow working from home within a commuting distance of worksite location.
