Amazon Engineering Project Manager, Robotic Delivery Packaging and Innovation in Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Description
We are looking for high-potential graduates or early-career professionals ready to take on ownership of real engineering projects from day one. In this role, you'll drive complex robotic deployments across our European fulfillment network. You'll be working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and execution and see your work operate at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Managing large-scale engineering projects from concept to completion, including planning, design, installation, and launch
Own and drive project execution across multiple European sites and balance technical detail with big-picture delivery
Identifying critical path items and developing creative solutions to technical challenges
Driving project status updates and handling risk escalations across multiple teams
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Construction, Operations, RME, IT, and Procurement
Drive project status updates and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
Run technical design reviews and propose solutions aligned with global standards
Develop equipment specifications and support procurement processes
Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track
Building strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders to deliver results
Travel regularly to European sites (50%+) with occasional international exposure
A day in the life
From day one, you'll be close to the action. You might start your morning aligning with teams across Europe on project timelines, join a technical review of new robotic systems, and spend your afternoon solving on-the-ground challenges with vendors or site teams.
You'll coordinate across multiple stakeholders, run meetings that keep complex project moving, and build an understanding of how our technologies operate in real environments. Some days you'll be on-site supporting installations, others you'll be improving processes or solving technical challenges.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where you'll be trusted with real responsibility early. You'll be supported by experienced teammates but expected to take initiative, learn quickly, and contribute from the start.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Interest in learning project management tools and processes
Basic understanding of operational or maintenance processes
Previous Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in engineering or operations
