AtMonarch NC, we provide trauma-informed, person-centered care to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. We're seeking a compassionate and skilledLPNto join ourCrisis Teamin Lumberton, NC.

Work Schedule:

• Thursdays 7pm-7am

What You'll Do

As an LPN on our Crisis Team, you will:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Support individuals in crisis through clinical intakes, triage, and stabilization
• Administer medications, including those used in MAT and detox protocols
• Coordinate care with referral sources and ensure continuity of services
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and interventions
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up for outpatient and injection clinic services

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active LPN licensein North Carolina
• 1+ year of experienceworking with adults with mental health or substance use disorders
• 1+ year of experiencein MAT and detox services
• Strong clinical judgment and a calm, compassionate approach
• Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
