Valley Health System Cellular Therapy Program Coordinator, Oncology Special Programs, Full Time, Day in Luckow Pavilion, New Jersey

EducationGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required. Masters preferred.ExperienceMinimum of three years of oncology or hematology experience. Cellular therapy experience and OCN or BMTCN certification preferred.SkillsAbility to manage a changing work environment because of varying patient needs, including working with patients with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes. Proven interaction and communication (oral, writing, presenting) skills to effectively connect (oral and written) with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Demonstrated competence, clinical expertise, and sound professional judgment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively with health care team member and diverse patient populations. Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job related responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to use effective analytical and critical thinking skills to problem-solve, make clinical decisions, and respond quickly to meet patient care and departmental needs.
