Our Quality Compliance team are looking for a dedicated manager to join and lead the Quality compliance function. In this role you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through the quality system.

What you will do
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through the quality system
Management and leadership of the Certifying Staff
Coordination with the Manufacturing and Maintenance Operations Manager regarding the Capability List
Coordination and management of EASA/LBA audits for Part 21G and 145, as well as the LufABw
Maintaining and developing quality system documentation, including manuals (MOE, POE, DOE), procedures, and work instructions, in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders to initiate and complete corrective actions, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions
Creating quality management plans
Supporting the Head of Quality in the periodic review of the management system
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting defined key performance indicators
Responding to regulatory inquiries from internal and external parties and providing support to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.

Experience & Skills
Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations regarding Part 21 and 145 as well as the requirements of the EN 9100 quality management system.
Knowledge of LufBw and FAA requirements
Trained Auditor
Experience or demonstratable skills in Leadership and Team Management
Experience or demonstratable skills of team leadership
Proficient use of MS Office, MS Visio
Fluent in German (C1) and Business English
Willingness to travel globally
Reliable, independent working style
Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of aerospace or quality management
Qualified further education in quality management, e.g., Q-Manager, quality engineer, quality technician DGQ is desirable
