Virkler & Sons, Inc Heavy Equipment Operator in Lowville, New York
Duties - Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to backhoes, front loaders, crushing equipment, etc. - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment - Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment - Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as required
Requirements - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues - Experience operating farm machinery or commercial driving is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
