Lewis County Civil Service Grant Manager in Lowville, New York

It is anticipated that Lewis County will have the following vacancy available: POSITION: Grant Manger, Full-Time Planning and Community Development Department SALARY RANGE: $58,000- $67,852 annually MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either: (A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Planning, Government, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a closely related field with similar course curriculum and one year of full-time paid work experience in grant writing, fundraising, grant procurement, coordination or administration of public, private, or foundation grants, preferably within a healthcare, nonprofit, or public sector organization; or (B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Planning, Government, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a closely related field with similar course curriculum and two (2) years of experience as described in (A) above; or (C) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associates degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Planning, Government, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a closely related field with similar course curriculum and four (4) years of experience as described in (A) above; or (D) An equivalent combination of training and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the work. This position will be filled in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
