The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses for the East Anglia Hub. Based onshore at the Lowestoft O&M base this role oversees the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods, while managing high standards of organisation, productivity, and compliance. The Warehouse Coordinator acts as the central point of communication between internal teams, external suppliers, and logistics partners to support smooth operational flow.
What you’ll be doing
Critical Spares & Stock Management
Manage delivery, storage, and control of critical spares, ensuring technical and logistical compliance.
Conduct quality checks, resolve supplier queries, and maintain accurate audit-ready records.
Coordinate warehouse-to-quayside logistics , including waste and dangerous goods handling.
Oversee stakeholder sign‑off for equipment acceptance.
Calibration & Safety Compliance
Manage calibrated tooling and offshore safety equipment, ensuring all items are in-date and compliant.
Coordinate LOLER inspections and maintain accurate records in Motion.
Perform monthly checks on First Aid and rescue equipment.
Inventory, Procurement & Budgeting
Oversee PPE procurement, site stock ordering, and supplier tendering.
Manage inventory across East Anglia Hub stores, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Support budget planning for operational needs.
Site Operations & Collaboration
Develop site documentation and support operational requirements across teams.
Chaperone contractors and visitors, ensuring safety and compliance.
Contribute to cost‑effective planning of O&M activities.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Support internal and external audits (ISO9001, ISO14001, HSE).
Conduct weekly warehouse checks and ensure waste compliance.
Improve operational systems for tracking calibrated equipment, purchase orders, and inventory.
What you’ll bring
Knowledge of wind turbine equipment and parts
Forklift licence or forklift experience
Ability to prioritise work scopes and manage simultaneous operations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience using SAP IT or similar maintenance systems
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
Strong teamwork skills within a multi‑disciplinary environment
Ability to work effectively within a multi‑national organisation
