H.D. Hudson Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and a hands on background in mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance practices.

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to support daily manufacturing operations.
Schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
Ensure timely repair of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and equipment documentation.
Coordinate maintenance priorities with production supervisors and management.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve skills and performance.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Assist with installation, modification, and upgrades of production equipment.
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
