Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the production and shipping processes of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machines. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and long-standing team environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the general production and assembly processes.
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain shipping and inventory records.
Utilize shipping software to streamline the packaging and labeling processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in production processes and assembly techniques.
Experience with inventory management and shipping software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
The work environment varies with the seasons, being hot during the summer and cold in the winter. You will occasionally be exposed to the elements when dock doors are open. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
