Job Title: Snr Project Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.
Initiate and maintain communication with prime clients and C/E contracts to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor and control the construction administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, rental equipment, and income/expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good client relationships.
Supervise the work of Project Managers 1 & 2 when assigned.
Essential Skills
Proven project management skills.
Experience in construction management and commercial construction.
10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
Commercial and/or industrial project experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment includes modern facilities with a fitness center and a baseball batting cage available to all employees. The team frequently engages in nationwide travel to manage various projects, including grocery stores, tractor dealerships, travel centers, car dealerships, and car washes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Full Medical, Dental, and vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k.
