Machine Operator (Cutter / Folder) – 1st Shift - 20/hr

Job Summary
We are hiring Machine Operators to run cutting and folding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing, cutting, and folding materials according to production requirements. Training is provided, and operators may be assigned to cutting or folding machines based on experience and production needs.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate cutting and/or folding machines
Cut raw materials to required specifications
Fold materials into finished carton or packaging components
Adjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Use hand tools and tape measures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and production guidelines
Qualifications
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Comfortable working with cutting or folding equipment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and willingness to cross‑train

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
