Veralto Sales Support Specialist in Loveland, Colorado
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to defined sales support processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements.
Provide sales support tosellers and sales managers at all levels.
Prepare and process sales quotations and support quote-to-order activitiesby gathering,validatingrequiredinformation,and pursuing necessary approvals.
Completeaccurateandtimelyupdates within CRM systems, including opportunity and account maintenance.
Research and process sales credit change and account ownership requests using established templates and approval paths.
Initiate no-charge orders, returns, credits,demo orders, replacement orders,in accordance withstandard procedures.
Works withinternaldepartmentsas needed(Bids,Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Technical Support, Credit, Analytics).
Identifyissues that fall outside standard procedures and escalate appropriately to senior teammembers,supervisorsor managers.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES / SUCCESS FACTORS
Ability to consistently follow established procedures and complete work with a moderate degree of supervision.
Demonstratesaccuracy and attention to detail across transactional and system-based work.
Working knowledge of sales support processes and the ability to recognize and escalate exceptions appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience ina salessupport, customer support, or administrativerole.
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of customer support processes such as pricing, products, orders, and returns.
Time management, multi-tasking skills, andability to managea busy workload with multiple competing priorities.
Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a “customer-centered” attitude.
The salary range for this role is $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
