You’ll support high‑speed conveyors, robotics, and automated packaging systems in a true 24/7 production operation . Your expertise will directly influence equipment reliability, safety, and overall performance in a rapidly scaling facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and material‑handling equipment (MHE)
Provide hands‑on technical support during live operations
Mentor and support junior maintenance technicians
Maintain consistency and performance in a high‑demand, 24/7 production environment
What You Need to Bring (Day‑One Ready)
2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
High School Diploma or GED
Open availability required (rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Highly Preferred Experience
Experience using CMMS
Strong preventive maintenance
In‑depth knowledge of conveyor and automation systems
Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of controls, safety standards, and risk‑mitigation practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
