Maintenance Technician - Loveland, CO
Pay: $35.50 per hour (Non‑negotiable)
Shift: Must be open to all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll support our Operations Maintenance team by repairing, maintaining, and optimizing highly automated material handling systems. You’ll work hands‑on with advanced packaging and distribution equipment and have opportunities to mentor junior technicians as they grow in their careers.
What You’ll Do
Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Mentor junior technicians and support ongoing technical skill development.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience .
2 years repairing material handling equipment , automated conveyor systems, or mechanical/controls equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.
Knowledge of conveyor systems, automation, and controls.
Ability to analyze data and support project initiatives.
Familiarity with Six Sigma and CMMS systems.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with risk management and supervising maintenance workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
