Aerotek Machine Operator - 2nd Shift in Loveland, Colorado
Now Hiring: Machine Operators in Loveland
Pay: $18.25-$19 (Starting at $18.25 during training, then will increase to $19 after training period)
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2 PM - 10 PM
Position Details
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this position, you’ll set up and operate a Litz machine, ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do
Set up and operate a Litz machine with accuracy and attention to detail.
Monitor machine functions and make adjustments to maintain proper settings.
Follow all specifications, procedures, and production guidelines to ensure quality output.
Inspect materials throughout the process, identifying any defects or malfunctions before they impact production.
What You Bring
Prior experience operating and setting up CNC or general production machines/equipment.
Must be comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work comfortably with machinery and tools.
Ability to perform visual inspections and identify defects or irregularities.
Additional Strengths
Comfortable using a calculator for on‑the‑spot math checks.
Experience in material inspection or quality control is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
