What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime
Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and material handling equipment (MHE)
Provide hands‑on technical support during operations and mentor junior technicians
Maintain consistent performance in a high‑demand, round‑the‑clock facility
Required Skills — Ready Day One
2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
2+ years hands‑on experience with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
High school diploma or equivalent
Full open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (required)
Highly Preferred Experience
Experience using CMMS platforms
Strong preventative maintenance
In‑depth knowledge of conveyor and automation systems
Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of controls, safety standards, and risk‑mitigation practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
