What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime

  • Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and material handling equipment (MHE)

  • Provide hands‑on technical support during operations and mentor junior technicians

  • Maintain consistent performance in a high‑demand, round‑the‑clock facility

Required Skills — Ready Day One

  • 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience

  • 2+ years hands‑on experience with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Full open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (required)

Highly Preferred Experience

  • Experience using CMMS platforms

  • Strong preventative maintenance

  • In‑depth knowledge of conveyor and automation systems

  • Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Working knowledge of controls, safety standards, and risk‑mitigation practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
