ManpowerGroup Engineering NPI Project Coordinator in Loveland, Colorado
Our client, an innovative leader in manufacturing and product development, is seeking an Engineering NPI Project Coordinatorto join their team. As an Engineering NPI Project Coordinator, you will be part of the R&D and Sustaining Engineering department supporting project coordination, inventory management, and product lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Engineering NPI Project Coordinator
Location: Loveland, Colorado
Pay Range: $31-$38/hr DOE plus OT, benefits
What's the Job?
Support development and maintenance of projects from product concept through launch to manufacturing.
Assist in preparing project plans, BOMs, part number creation, and NPI Change Orders.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams for prototype builds and inventory management.
Track project progress, resolve obstacles, and prepare progress reports including schedule updates and metrics.
Collaborate with external vendors for project inventories and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
What's Needed?
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of experience in a product development or project coordination, NPI role.
Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office 365, and PLM database management.
Knowledge of product lifecycle stages, BOM management, purchasing coordination and inventory control.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
