Job Description: Biery Cheese in Louisville, OH, has a full-time Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 (Second Shift) opening.

The Maintenance Technician Level 1 will analyze and troubleshoot electrical, automation, mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment. The Maintenance Tech will make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality and work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver upon operations demands.

Job Duties:

[Perform diversified duties to install and maintain machines and all company facilities.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of machines.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Perform simple Machinist duties and responsibilities.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Perform a variety of general facility upkeep procedures and functions.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Detect faulty machinery, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
