The charge nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patientoutcomes. Also, the charge nurse will serve as a role m odel by actively participating in the process of continuousprofessional development, teaching and learning across the healthcare continuum.Baptist Health Louisville has seven Progressive Care units in the main hospital: 4 South, 4 North, 4 East, 5 North, 6 South, 6 North, and 6 East.
