SummaryJob Description:Baptist Health is looking for a System IT Manager, Pharmacist to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.Incumbent will provide counsel to the System IT Director- Pharmacy Applications related to the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and development of BH IT functionality in accordance with strategic initiatives. Incumbent will work with the appropriate executives and managers, physician representatives, support staff and hospital staff to implement processes and technologies as supported by Baptist Health (KY). Incumbent will develop and cultivate working relationships with key stakeholders in support of BH's IT strategic priorities. Incumbent will participate as needed on hospital/BHMG based groups and facilitate communication between operations and the IT Director. Provides counsel to IT Director on short- and long-range strategy related to processes and technology that will impact operations within Baptist Health.
